Since 2014, the 72Horas Film Festival has instigated the production of 200 short films produced by 3767 young filmmakers.
Five years ago Nicole Freeman moved to Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and established an audiovisual project called the 72HORAS Film Festival.
The 6 week festival program includes workshops, a 72 hour film festival challenge, film screenings and a red-carpet awards ceremony. Over the past four years, 15,000 people have participated in the project including 6,000 film makers who have produced 300 wonderful short films.
On Wednesday Nicole will present a selection of the films produced for the festival and speaking about her experiences and motivations for developing the project.
