2018 marks a special year for the German Film Festival in New Zealand. The Goethe-Institut, which is the Federal Republic of Germany’s cultural institute, is proud to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this annual film festival. From 25 September, film lovers can see the newest movies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Festival tickets can be picked up from the Govett-Brewster front desk in person on the day of each screening. First in – first served, unfortunately no reservations by phone or email. Please take your seat 10 mins before the film starts as otherwise empty seats will be re-allocated.
