Join Taranaki artist Dale Copeland MNZM in an assemblage art workshop, running this weekend at the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery.
Her work currently features as part of the Ruth Buchanan: The scene in which I find myself / Or, where does my body belong exhibition, which runs until 29th March.

Not only a prolific mixed-media artist, with work exhibited internationally, alongside other local artists, including at Gallery 59, Rue de Rivoli, Copeland has also been a mathematician, teacher, physicist and computer programmer.
A member of regional artist collective Virtual TART, she has previously featured at Puke Ariki, The Dowse Art Museum, the Gisborne Museum and Arts Centre, Massey University, the James Wallace Art Trust and the Lessedra International Art Collection.
Grab your chance to hear from our guest artist this Saturday, 21st March before taking part in a hands-on workshop.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a small box of their treasure to use and work alongside Copeland to build their own personal, assemblage art piece.
