TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By donating money (Donation) to the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery, donors agree that such Donations will be dealt with as follows:

1. All Donations received by the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery will be used for the purpose of contributing to the on-going operation of the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery/Len Lye Centre in New Plymouth.

2. The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery is not able to issue a tax receipt for the Donation; Donations are not tax-deductible.

3. Once the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery receives a Donation, it cannot provide a refund of that Donation.
