Take a tour of New Zealand’s contemporary art museum

Get the most out of your visit to the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery | Len Lye Centre with a personal guided tour of the buildings, the history and stories, and the current exhibitions.

Two tour options are available – join a curator to gain in-depth insight into the life and work of Len Lye or the contemporary exhibitions or discover the Gallery’s story and exhibitions with one of our visitor services team.

We are more than happy to tailor our tours to your needs, and package with other items and experiences, whether that’s a catalogue of the current show, souvenir t-shirt, lunch at our fabulous Monica’s Eatery, or a full multi-day accommodation and experience package.
